Ashley Warner was my service manager and she did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress and the diagnosis of the issue regarding my vehicle . I needed it in a specific time as I was p excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress and the diagnosis of the issue regarding my vehicle . I needed it in a specific time as I was preparing to leave on a month long trip towing my travel trailer. She explained to the shop what I needed and they delivered 3 days ahead of the probable resolution of my truck’s issue. It was not a simple fix as the passenger side exhaust manifold was warped and one of the manifold’s bolts had broken off. When I received the bill everything was exactly explained in the bill how they diagnosed, what they did to fix it and each part was listed including the cost. I was very pleased with Akins Ford as this is the second time I brought my 2016 ecoboost to them. I brought my truck back to them because of the excellent service I had received from them. Last time it was the driver side manifold that an independent shop screwed up. They also replaced plugs and coils last time. My truck is running smooth with the appropriate gear shifts and power.
