Called on a Saturday morning and set up an appointment with Ron Marsh. We showed up after visiting a Gm dealer to be greeted by a polite cheery man-Ron Marsh. We needed to close a deal on a truck that day and he made it happen and also arranged to have our trade in picked up. There was a little damage on the hood that he set up to have fixed at a later date which turned out great. The Ford and Gm trucks both had there pluses but the price that Akin ford came in with was so much better that it was hands down the best choice. This was the most pleasant car buying experiance I have ever had. More

I knew I could trust them to find a safe and good first vehicle for our daughter. Ron and Brad have checked back with us in the first few months to make sure everything was just as they had hoped. Todd Durham was not only very helpful and knowledgeable but was able to answer all our questions. He was honest and was very helpful in helping us make a decision about which truck we were going to purchas but was able to answer all our questions. There were a couple of additions to the truck that were part of our sales choice. When I arrived on Monday Todd was there to greet me and our work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The dealership was very busy but I was asked repeatedly if I needed anything or was updated on the work. This dealership is one of the cleanest I have ever been in. The work area was so clean you would never know the cars were being serviced. I also noticed how neatly dressed everyone was both in the dealership and in the service area. That is a very nice appeal for people who are coming to the dealership for work. Overall, my husband and I felt that Todd Durham was an excellent salesman. We have never been fond of buying cars or trucks because we cannot stand to have salesmen accost us and press. Todd did just the opposite. He did not sing the praises of every vehicle. My husband had exactly what he wanted to purchase firmly planted in his mind and Todd listened carefully, showing Mike and I, both exactly what Mike wanted and discussing at great length engine questions, interior questions and general questions. We never felt pressured. Another thing my husband really liked was that Todd took the time to show him all the items that are represented on the steering column and the front panel. This was even BEFORE we determined that we were going to make a purchase. The paperwork went smoothly and we felt good. We did not have to finance so we felt that was a positive in our favor. While we appreciated the service during the sale, I must tell you that the OUTSTANDING service throughout ownership of the vehicle is what keeps us coming back.
