I contacted Akins concerning a vehicle I had seen on the Internet. Woody called me back and we arranged to meet the next day. He was friendly and outgoing--willing to let me do whatever I wanted. It turned out that the vehicle I'd seen did not meet my needs--no memory seat. So Woody researched other available vehicles in the color I wanted and with the other features I preferred and found the perfect match. He thoroughly explained all the available rebates and worked numerous financing options for me. While he did make recommendations as to which option he thought would be the most beneficial, he did not try to pressure me to purchase the vehicle or take a specific financing option. Once I had purchased the vehicle, he showed me around the Service Department and introduced me to several people I will deal with when I bring the vehicle in for servicing. He also worked with me (most patiently) demonstrating the options on the vehicle, syncing my phone and helping set up other things the way I wanted. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was welcomed by several staff members. I met up with Sam Byrd, who sat down with me and asked me exactly what I was looking for in a car. While waiting for my husband to meet up with me Sam could see that I was very uncomfortable and very uneasy. Sam took time to go over anything I was not sure of, and put me at ease. Once my husband arrived we then met with Mike Morgan to finish up the final details. Mike was very pleasant, and went over in details the options we had as far as warranty coverage. Mike did not pressure us into purchasing more than we wanted. He further made sure we understood what the process was for getting a tag. Richard Dove met me at the car and went over some of the special features, making sure I was comfortable. More
