Most of the vehicles we have had during our married life together were purchased through individuals, although a few were purchased used at dealerships. I must say that until our purchase of a new 2013 Ford Escape through Akins Ford we had a very negative view of dealerships in general. I personally never felt as if I got a "good deal". Let me state for the record that Mr. Richard Dove and Mr. Matt Tanner are huge assets to the Akins organization in my opinion as they treated us with the customer service that I try to give my own customers in my business. Many times in life we all make transactions here or there and just get "run of the mill" or "minimal" service. I like to let it be known when I see exceptional service such as what we experienced with Richard and also with Matt Tanner in the finance department. It is very obvious that your organization is well managed and holds a high degree of integrity. We are well pleased not only with our new Escape but with the overall experience as a "good deal".
