I called Jim two weeks ago about a used 2004 F150. He informed me it was sold but took my info incase something else came along. I've dealt with Akins since I played for the Falcons after hearing so many of the guys rave about how great it was doing business there. Living in Buford I have choices that may be closer to home, but I won't even consider going anywhere else for sales or service. Eric Shepherd is the general manager and I've found him to be a great go-to guy who who is sincere and genuine in his dealings with people. He always goes the extra mile to satisfy people and never passes the buck. I recently bought a 2013 Expedition EL from Jim Sullivan. I always deal with Jim and have done many deals with him over the years . What I like about dealing with Jim is he's very laid back. I don't like pushy salesmen nor do I like the games so often associated with car sales. Jim always makes the sales process very transparent and enjoyable . I've referred many people to him and always get back great reports. The day after the sale, I got a call from Eric saying that he was sending me an accessory (no charge) for my Expedition that he thought I would like. This was completely unexpected and unsolicited. When we arrived at the Dealership we were greeted by Randy Sims. He was so nice & friendly, not pushy at all. We had driven to Dealership on Sun. ckd out what we wanted Chrysler mini-van. When we arrived to the dealership we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. The vehicle we wanted was actually better than we expected. It was in excellent condition. We were allowed to test drive the car with little or no hassle. He was honest and negotiated a reasonable price on the vehicle. He didn’t try to raise the price or trick us.
