Salesman was great but the dealership not so much! Low-balled my trade, $3000 under Kelly Blue Book trade in, tried to double the doc fees, added them to sale price and made them a line item also. Was told because I'm from SC they would collect tax but not do registration and tag but still charged me for both. Caught the double doc fees but missed the paying for registration and tag till I got home, reached out Monday and sent a copy of the buyers order to Kelvin but I haven't heard back. Finance had me wait hours and when I went back, he would not stop trying to push an extended warranty. Overall I would put this purchase in my top 5 worst car dealer experiences. More

I was very impressed with all aspects of service department and particularly Chris. He kept me informed during the process. I shared with him my concern of potential failure in the future since the department and particularly Chris. He kept me informed during the process. I shared with him my concern of potential failure in the future since the high temp of 125-140 degrees in transmission. We’ve had failures of shifting to a neutral state when attempting to pass other vehicles and occurs when the temp reaches those levels. This has happened numerous times in the interstates. More
