The experience at Akins was absolutely fantastic. I had been emailing Jim for about 4 months, he was very professional and not pushy at all. Had bad experience with another dealership. Called Alan Omalley and he was very professional, courteous and did exactly what he said he would do over the phone. Alan was very aware of the time constraint t Omalley and he was very professional, courteous and did exactly what he said he would do over the phone. Alan was very aware of the time constraint that I was under the day I went to the dealer. Upon apprival at the dealer, Alan had already pulled the truck off the lot, took it back to cleanup while I was back in financing. Normally when I try to make truck deals the financing is always a big mess. Never like it is suppose to be. Usually when I go back to financing the payment always ends up a lot higher and the terms extended out. NOT at this dealer they did exactly what they said. More so when I went to sign papers I was made three different offers and ONE offer was actually less monthly than what I was quoted. I was very impressed. Now the deal is done and time for me to go to my next appointment Alan took the time to do a Google map for me to show me the best way to Toccoa from Winder. A great experience. I highly recommend Alan and this dealership to anyone. More
