I visited a few times to test drive and ask questions, and they never made me feel rushed. They let me try multiple cars until I finally found the one that felt right for me, my preferences, and my budget. I came to get a diagnostic of what’s wrong with my car. They let me know that there was something wrong with the tire and I bought the tire then they told me my transmission is bad and then I need to chang They let me know that there was something wrong with the tire and I bought the tire then they told me my transmission is bad and then I need to change it and it’s going to be $15,000 when I got there to pick up my car I asked for the report of what was wrong with my transmission they said we don’t have a report but yet they put in my paper that I denied getting a new transmission, but they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my transmission. I asked again. Can someone tell me what is wrong and they said oh someone drove it and they heard a noise and that’s how they know so they expected me because they heard a noise no feather explanation to spend $15,000 or trade my car. I need to know what’s wrong but no one there could tell me and still I had to pay for a diagnostic. More
