Al Hendrickson Toyota...like no other! Three years ago i got my first Tundra from Al Hendrickson Toyota in Pompano.After visiting 3 other dealerships i ended up there. My experience was great, almost to good to be true. My salesperson was Francisco and he was great. The sales manager i think was Andres and he was awesome. I thought to my self that it was a fluke....i got lucky! Before i left witn my new truck,the sales manager looked at me and said remember us! Fast forward.....last week i went back to Al Hendrickson Toyota in Pompano Beach, after visiting 2 other Dealerships. I went in i was greeted by Pablo. While the process was going on ,to find a new vehicle for me .... i saw in the background the sales manager that did my deal 3 years ago. I was actually excited to see him, i remembered him! and i mentioned that to Pablo. Long story short, i left from the dealership that day with my new Tundra. My experience was better than the last. The team of Pablo, Dino, Andres and even the service manager, i don't remember his name, they were awesome! I actually felt part of this big dealership. This time the sales manager said to me : " you are family now"! Simply put, greatest experience i ever had buying a vehicle! When i was there i saw a couple of posters saying "Al cares!" I truly believe he does,( I never met Al ...senior or junior) and i say that because it shows through the great team that took care of me that day! I highly recommend this dealership! Customer service is priority and I thank Everyone in there and Congratulate everyone for a job well done! More

Awesome Experience I called the service department @ 3:00 pm on Friday August 9, 2019. I spoke with Jennifer. She was absolutely a pleasure to speak with. I advised Jennifer I belong to the JM family and needed an oil change and tire rotation per my contract. Jennifer made me an appointment for 3:30 pm I arrived and was greeted by a row of smiling faces including Jennifer and Eric. I was out of the service department by 4.00 pm. What an amazing experience!! Much better than my experience at Delray Toyota in April 2019. This is definitely my go to place. Thank you all 🌹 More
