He's extremely knowledgeable on all makes/models and trim levels, available at all times, and incredibly helpful. I was able to communicate via text/email, which is really convenient when you have long work hours. He is as professional and understanding as you can get. He helped me expedite a RAV4 lease for my mom, and I'm already counting down the months until I'm able to get a new Camry with him. Erik is also great at customizing a car to your individual needs, while sticking to your price budget. For example, he recommended adding leather to a lower model, vs. switching to the higher model that had unnecessary features. It's obvious he ALWAYS puts the customer first. Sold my car to someone else before I could pick it up I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I live in north Florida and after signing a buyers agreement on terms and sending certified funds fo I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I live in north Florida and after signing a buyers agreement on terms and sending certified funds for the purchase overnight by FedEx, I spoke with Erik late Saturday to be sure everything was in order. He assured me that it was, that he had sent everything to their business office and that the car was secure until my arrival Tuesday morning. I got a call from him Monday morning that the car had been sold the day before. Though he did overnight my certified checks back to me, I am still out the airfare and my overnight fees totaling more than $200. I left a message with the President to discuss, but never got a call back. I did have a message from the CEO, but he never returned my call. Will never do business with this group again. More
