Disappointed!!!!!!! 1.- Even though that I made the appointment online, and was my first time with Al Hendrickson Dealer, I wasn’t expecting a 5 ?? Service. What I got 1.- Even though that I made the appointment online, and was my first time with Al Hendrickson Dealer, I wasn’t expecting a 5 ?? Service. What I got A Lacking Customer Services in General. 2.- Arriving to Services for oil change & tire rotation at 9:08 am ( app. conf. 9:30 am ), had to way few minutes till someone showed at driver window, NO GOOD MORNING OR ANY KIND OF GREETING, just, “Got An Appointment “. 3.- The first person after asking for appointment, mentioned the name of the person who I was assigned, apparently He wasn’t in his desk, 4.- Then the Rep. that I thought he was going to take care of my car, got some info, and because my name and I am Latin, but I do respect US, he started to communicate in Spanish, I answered in English, and seem like he got uncomfortable. After, he got what need from car and personal info, I was send to waiting room, never got the offer of shuttle. 5.- Hour later got a phone call from different Rep. mentioned some problems extra that needed to be take care. Came out and find out that was a different person, starting to talking with some aptitude, wasn’t clear when I made couple questions what were the problems. 6.- when I got called that car was ready, and Had to get the bill, price was different from what Rep explains and the amount I had to pay. 7.- Cashier, NO CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL, rather no to make more comments about her because she was the one who put the final touch of my poor rate to you. More

It is important to note that there were about 4/5 other reps who were available but did not take initiative to assist me when I returned to pick up my vehicle and Shedrick was not available. More
