He's extremely knowledgeable on all makes/models and trim levels, available at all times, and incredibly helpful. I was able to communicate via text/email, which is really convenient when you have long work hours. He is as professional and understanding as you can get. He helped me expedite a RAV4 lease for my mom, and I'm already counting down the months until I'm able to get a new Camry with him. Erik is also great at customizing a car to your individual needs, while sticking to your price budget. For example, he recommended adding leather to a lower model, vs. switching to the higher model that had unnecessary features. It's obvious he ALWAYS puts the customer first.
