Didn’t explain anything about the car features except for the car price( would be surprised if they even know about them). No explanation of any benefits package applied to the car purchase. Was told the benefits could be cancelled anytime turns out not all of them could be cancelled. Worst car buying experience ever. Not sure why the feedback is collected.
