Viviana was a great salesperson and made every effort to get the best deal for me and balance the dealership’s bottom line profit. She pushed and then turn over to upper management to try adjusting the pric get the best deal for me and balance the dealership’s bottom line profit. A long 6 hour story, in short, deal was made and thanks to the quick thinking of financial expert Mr. Lewis the deal was signed. Only negative is that dealer fee of $1200 is a lot which they did adjust down after seeing neighboring dealers use $800. But the real negative is this AHT of $1995 which is their glorified version of AAA through the dealership that they do not budge at all from ….it almost cost the deal but creative numbers and their desire to make the sale (in large part to Viviana and Mr. Lewis) prevailed. Why going to buy a car is not as bad as going to the dentist it does sometimes comes in a close second. More
