WE WANTED TO BUY A CAR ,WE LIVE IN MIAMI DADE COUNTY. SO AFTER TRYING A FEW DOWN HERE ,WE DECIDED TO CALL AL HENDRICKSON TOYOTA. A YOUNG LADY BY THE NAME OF ANESTHESIA PICKED THE PHONE.SHE SOUNDED VERY SO AFTER TRYING A FEW DOWN HERE ,WE DECIDED TO CALL AL HENDRICKSON TOYOTA. A YOUNG LADY BY THE NAME OF ANESTHESIA PICKED THE PHONE.SHE SOUNDED VERY POLITE ,COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, WE WENT AHEAD AND TOLD HER ABOUT THE MODEL THAT WE NEEDED AND MADE HER AN OFFER.SHE TOLD US TO GIVE HER ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO SPEAK WITH HER MANAGER AND THAT SHE WAS GOING TO GET BACK TO US. SHE DID,THAT WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE FOR A START.MORE IMPORTANTLY, OUR OFFER WAS ACCEPTED OFF BY A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS. SO UP WENT, MET WITH HER AND WE ALL WERE HAPPY TO MEET IN PERSON. THEN ,IT WAS TIME TO PURCHASE. VIVIANA WAS OUR SALESPERSON, SHE WAS VERY NICE ALL THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. THEN ,IT WAS TIME FOR THE FINANCE PEOPLE.A MAN ,CAME OUT INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND TOOK US TO HIS OFFICE,HE OFFERED A LOT OF STUFF ,WE REJECTED ALL AND TOLD HIM THAT "WE DON'T WANT ANY EXTRA EXPENSES " HE SEEMED OK TO US ,AND AS WE STARTED THE SIGNING PROCESS ,HE STARTED TALKING ABOUT FAMILY,HIS SUCCESS ETC.IT WAS A NICE ENVIRONMENT WE TOLD HIM,THAT WE GAVE HIM BENEFIT OF THE DOUBTS SO WE SIGNED THESE DOCUMENTS ON THE SCREEN WITHOUT READING. WE ASKED AGAIN "NO EXTRA FEE RIGHT?" AGAIN HE SAID "NO", SO WE LEFT AS VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS. HE GAVE US A USB,(DIDN'T REALIZE THAT,UNTIL LATE IN THE PARKING LOT AND HURRICANE MILTON WAS NEAR,STARTED TO RAIN SO,WE HAD NOT MUCH TIME TO SPEND THERE ,SO WE DROVE BACK TO MIAMI WITH OUR NEW 2024 RIDE) THE NEXT DAY,WE SAW EXTRA FEE.WE WERE VERY UPSET AND WENT BACK TO THE DEALER. WE WALKED IN EXTREMELY SERIOUS AN MENTIONED.THAT WE WEREN'T HAPPY ABOUT A SITUATION, THAT WE NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. HELANO OLIVEIRA,A SALESMANGER CAME TO US AND TOOK US TO HIS OFFICE, LISTENED TO US CAREFULLY THEN APOLOGIZED FOR THE SITUATION.HE RESOLVED THE ISSUE AND MADE US ONCE MORE HAPPY BUYERS ONCE AGAIN. THAT,WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. WE ARE PLANNING TO GO BACK IN 6 OR 7 MONTHS OR SO IN GOD'S NAME ,TO BUY ANOTHER CAR FOR OUR BUSINESS. WE CAN FOR SURE ,RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO, NOT ONLY BUY A CAR,BUT WHO ALSO CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE DEALER PROVIDES. AL HENDRICKSON TOYOTA,IS THE PLACE. J & F More

I’ve purchased numerous new vehicles, in 5 different states, over the last 55 years with this experience being my least favorite. I was quoted a price over the phone which brought me to the dealership f states, over the last 55 years with this experience being my least favorite. I was quoted a price over the phone which brought me to the dealership for a test drive. After the test drive I was quoted a price $14,000 over the price previously provided. I was then passed on to sales person #4 who was angry when I showed documentation of the original phone quote. The dealership, to their credit honored the phone quote, but attitudes were poor. The gentleman handling payment/license/final docs was amazing! I can’t say enough of his professionalism. My salesman was an hour late for delivery and the truck had not been washed or in any way prepped for final delivery, except for a full tank of gas. I drove to a car wash and cleaned the truck myself. Not worth the hassle of dealing with them. More
