The only person I thought did a good job was Rohan(? ) I believe (he was in the office and did all of my paperwork with me.) He was awesome. The “insurance lady” was barely helpful, she watched as I spoke with my insurance company, then when I was finished, she was suddenly on a phone call and gave me a thumbs up so I knew I was done. No help on what or where I should go next. Now let’s talk about Chener. i came in and test drove the car, when I asked him about adaptive cruise control and something else, his answers were “it has everything.” I wasn’t ready to buy that day. I came back a few days later (Sunday on Labor Day weekend. I arrived at 4pm. The lobby was pretty crowded, I found him and he told me to have a seat. I got myself a cup of coffee. I watched as other salespeople got bottles of water for people. After 30 minutes, I saw him walk outside. I texted him to ask to please not forget about me. He showed up five or ten minutes later, got me a water and left again, Five or ten more minutes he came back and we started talking. Then we started with the back and forth with the finance guy. Finally he also came out and we came to a deal. I went in to do the paperwork. At some point, my license plate was given to Chener. When I was finished with everything, they rang the bell, which I only heard maybe two times during my 4 1/2 hour process. I should have been excited. When Chener took me out to my new car, he asked me for the license plate. I replied that I thought they had given it to him. After a few minutes he found it, and took me out to show me the car. He set me up with the app, but did not show me around the car at all. After he gave me the keys, he went to get a screwdriver to put the license plate on. Now my favorite part. He said I would receive a survey, but not to worry about filling it out if I didn’t want to because “if I clicked one or two things wrong, it would cost him.” I usually do not leave negative reviews, so I thought I probably would give him the benefit of the doubt. Then he called me after I was home to tell me he was not able to fill the gas tank. I believe he said “none of the cards were working.” That is when I thought I probably will do the survey. He told me to come in when the tank was empty and he would fill it. That’s nice, but I am not confident that will go smoothly or take me less than half an hour for $20 worth of gas, so I doubt I will bother. He has my phone number, I do not want a text or call from him, but I would accept a call from a manager. More
