I feel when it was under the old dealership, it was being run properly. Now that’s under new management, the waiting area first off is terrible. They have sports blasting in there (only pertaining to the men run properly. Now that’s under new management, the waiting area first off is terrible. The seating arrangement is terrible and very uncomfortable if you have to sit there for 5 hours. The chairs that were there before at least were somewhat comfy but it looks run down and is uncomfortable. The vending machine is terrible all unhealthy food and the drinks are all unhealthy. Plus the constant phone calls to sell your car while getting service done on your car is terrible. It’s like I’m getting harassed to sell my car because you guys are not getting enough business. Like change back how it use to be because your dealership is going downhill as time goes on. I bought over 10 cars with Al Hendrickson for almost 10 years and I’ve never seen the dealership being run so poorly. Plus you have no accessories for the car anymore like as far as wheel covers or anything else we would need for the car. The only good thing I can say is at least my car gets fixed and my service guy CJ is there but the overall atmosphere is horrendous. More
I purchased a vehicle from there, something was off. I didn’t like the vehicle. So on the 3rd day I reached out to the finance manager and let him know. Can I return the vehicle because I don’t like it. I didn’t like the vehicle. So on the 3rd day I reached out to the finance manager and let him know. Can I return the vehicle because I don’t like it. He said no I can’t return it. So I start going research. I called my bank and was informed by them that the deal is still pending and I can still cancel the deal. So I then reach out to the general manager who said yes I can return the car as long as I didn’t drive to Alaska with it. And I will get my full deposit refunded back to me. Finance manager was not happy. I returned the car that day. Finance manager refused to answer any of my text messages, when I finally get a hold of him he said to leave him alone, he then blocks me. I’m still waiting on an answer for my $2,000 refund. when I called him from a different number he hangs up in my face. He is just rude and disrespectful. You can still sell the car to someone else and make money off of them. I call the dealership multiple times just getting the run around. One day I was fed up, my next step was to either call the police to go to the dealership with me or sue the dealership because it was going on 2 weeks and nobody could give me an update. That’s when another manager said oh I will work on getting the check cut for you and mail it over night. I finally received my check. More
