Great experience from start to finish, within the salesmen up to the finance specialist. The team was knowledgeable and never pushy. Check in was good, it took a little longer than expected but I guess it was because it was a Saturday My service advisor was knowledgeable and was able to provide me with options. The only unfortunate thing was that I couldn’t pick it up before the service closing time so I had to ask for my car key at the dealership reception and they didn’t have it. It took them like 30 min to find it cause the person who was supposed to leave it at the reception didn’t do it. The people at the dealership were very attentive and helped me to find the key. That happened like at 6pm More

The gentleman that help us with the car his name is Jorge Avila I was a pleasure having him work with us in what we need it. Plus at the end the gentleman that over see everything with paper work and tags transfer took his time to work with us and try to get us out ASAP .plus I don't want to forget a female supervisor that help us at the beginning and brong Jorge Avila to help us she pick the right person for us . I be going back this week to buy a used car for my daughter and the one I bought it was a gift for my wife and a few month then I be going for my Truck.. My family we always had Toyota and we race them also so Toyota runs in out families blood and soul. Thanks again God Bless. More
