Check in was good, it took a little longer than expected but I guess it was because it was a Saturday My service advisor was knowledgeable and was able to provide me with options. The only unfortunate thing was that I couldn’t pick it up before the service closing time so I had to ask for my car key at the dealership reception and they didn’t have it. It took them like 30 min to find it cause the person who was supposed to leave it at the reception didn’t do it. The people at the dealership were very attentive and helped me to find the key. The gentleman that help us with the car his name is Jorge Avila I was a pleasure having him work with us in what we need it. I be going back this week to buy a used car for my daughter and the one I bought it was a gift for my wife and a few month then I be going for my Truck..
