This is the most unethical dealership I have ever dealt with in my 52 years of life. They say one thing, but once you in finance, they change there terms and prices with blatant lies. I don't know where to start, I'm still processing my experience, our sales person Chris was nice, then Luther the sales manager came and explain to me everything about the car, the car on line display experience, our sales person Chris was nice, then Luther the sales manager came and explain to me everything about the car, the car on line display a price of $22,299, then they added so many things, example the rims for $1800, (photo online shows the vehicle came with those especific rims, Luther didn't give me an explanation, he said the rims were add ons), a mandatory dealer package fee for $2995, they added gap insurance without mentioning for $1200, and an extended warranty for $2995. I didn't even know what my final number was, just my monthly payment, Marcos the financial manager said it was a good deal, don't play with your money he said, and then I signed, I didn't get a break down, I felt rushed and mislead. I just realized everything that it was added, when i came home and open the UBS, (my final number was $30k), the warranty was mandatory because the bank asked for it, that's what Marcos said, (I just read, you are not required to buy gap insurance, extended warranty or credit insurance), red flags everywhere, I feel so disappointed, they didn't even give me a full tank, only 10 miles worth of gas, one key fob, no mats for my car, just sad. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They are very attentive and up front. They do work with you on pricing.
