The sales - and finance - personnel sell you an auto with incorrect information. Said car was pre-certified when it was NOT ! Had to buy extra mechanical insurance. After spending a whole week back and forth trying to buy a car, ended up going to Palm Beach Toyota because the finance people, the salesman and even the stock person were super rude to me.
