I went to the dealership for a new lease , l explain the seller and manager that l have problems with my credit and we make a deal , of course l have to put a lot of money to get the car but we make the dea seller and manager that l have problems with my credit and we make a deal , of course l have to put a lot of money to get the car but we make the deal , l signed the contract and all the papers , and they also ask me for the money , but when we finally after 3 hours was everything done they do not want to give me the car telling me that l have to wait , and wait and wait , finally l went home with NO CAR , next day they call me and say the truck is ready for pick up , when l get there same story, they can give me another option, l told the seller , even the managers and everyone hide ,so l have to ask the finance guy to give my money back . The problem with this is the when you make a deal and you sign all the paperwork and shake hands means the deal is finished,. They do not care about loyalty or anything, , in my case all they have to do in the beginning was say no and that’s it and no make me lose Two days for nothing.
