Liliana did not assist me Devon did, when we arrived I was passed off to another sales rep who is Devon, he's the one who assisted me with sales, London waa is the finance manager is a scammer and for tha was passed off to another sales rep who is Devon, he's the one who assisted me with sales, London waa is the finance manager is a scammer and for that I would not recommend anyone to visit this dealership! I lead a new car 3 years ago and it was great. I went to buy out the lease and the finance team refused to be upfront about the buy out cost. When I told them I wasn't sure how much I wanted to pu I went to buy out the lease and the finance team refused to be upfront about the buy out cost. When I told them I wasn't sure how much I wanted to put down and didn't care about the monthly payments, they became rude and dismissive. I just wanted to know the buy out cost and APR options. They let me leave with a Buyer's order after 3 hours of back and forth. Next time, carvana. More

I had a great purchasing experience and am satisfied with my car. There was a lot of quality inventory available for me to shop from and my sales rep helped me understand cost/monthly payment expectations ap my car. We test drove 2 vehicles and the sales rep provided me with details about each vehicle for my better understanding.
