Ed Rivera was professional, kind and easy to deal with. He wasn't overly pushy and made the experience pleasant. The process was easy and having the documents to read and sign on the desk was cool. The day my daughter and I arrived at al Hendrickson Toyota we didn't really know what were looking for until the young lady the fro across in awhile.
