After getting the car, I found out that the car etching wasn’t done. This was supposed to be part of the package I bought. When I brought that to sales agent’s attention, he told me to come back in a few d wasn’t done. This was supposed to be part of the package I bought. When I brought that to sales agent’s attention, he told me to come back in a few days. So I went again a couple of days later after making an appointment with the same sales agent. This time I waited for hour and half and then was told that the person doing the etching had gone for the day. They told me to come back sometime the following week and if possible during the weekday because they are less busy during weekdays. They also did not give me the welcome kit that was part of the package they sold me. I had to ask for it in my next visit. It seems like this dealership is only interested in selling the car. After selling the car, they don’t care about making sure their customer gets what they sold him. Neither do they care about making their customer come back and wait for long time while they are selling more cars to other customers. More

My wife and I have enjoyed our experience at Al Hendrickson Toyota. Mike, Marc, Luther, the manager and Lamar were very knowledgeable, respectful. Mike and Lamar stood out the most by being affable Hendrickson Toyota. Mike, Marc, Luther, the manager and Lamar were very knowledgeable, respectful. Mike and Lamar stood out the most by being affable and very efficient. My only complaint is that the toilet bowl in the women’s restroom was absolutely dirty with no seat covers available. I spent five hours at the car dealership holding my urine. I got home in so much pain after holding my urine for so long. Please ensure that the cleaning company is doing their job properly and to make sure that seat covers, toilet tissue paper are always available. That’s the reason I couldn’t give 5 stars. More
