Service on the vehicle was fair, but the environment itself was poor. If they can't provide a loaner or shuttle, then at least give an area for people to sit and wait, that isn't in the hot sun! My serv itself was poor. If they can't provide a loaner or shuttle, then at least give an area for people to sit and wait, that isn't in the hot sun! My service rep, Jennifer Burton, was anything but friendly. She was rude and did not even say hello, or care to introduce herself. She provided poor instructions on reclaiming my car after the service, and let us waste 20 minutes. She is unfriendly and will not be seeing me again! More
