I recently purchased my second vehicle from Al Hendrickson Toyota in Coconut Creek and once again the experience was amazing. I worked with Erik , Dylan and Jonathan. I truly appreciate the service he provided. I originally requested a quote by email and Eric sent me a very attractive offer that made me walk into the dealership. From the moment I arrived, he made the whole process seamless, from reviewing the model I wanted to negotiating the price. He was a tough cookie in the best way, but still able to get me a really great deal. I genuinely appreciated his professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with me. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and the customer service here is consistently the best, which is why this is now my second time buying a car at this location. I also have to mention something funny. Throughout my email communication I kept speaking with “Alina Perez,” and she was so fast and helpful that I was impressed. When I arrived and asked for her, they told me Alina was actually AI. I never would have guessed. It truly felt like I was talking to a real person. Overall, I had an excellent experience once again.
