I am very pleased with my experience of buying a new Camry SE at Al Hendrickson Toyota. She brought over sales personnel who obviously had the authority and ability to negotiate what I believe was a very fair price (including providiing a fair price for my trade in vehicle). And your finance people were excellent. Once I finally agreed to the "out the door" price, the paperwork was drawn up quickly and efficiently. I truly believe that had it not been for Yocasta, I probably would not have purchased the vehicle. More

I know that it was presidents day but we arrived at 10:30 and finally got home a little before six at night. It was a very long long day. The financial individual Bernard and his run around very upsetting. His explanation as I did not like the payment amount monthly and showing a piece of appear saying come back in two months gave this amount and we can see to refinance for a lower rate. We said thank for your time and sorry for wasting it five or six times and we could not just leave. I know he is the one that has to get the job done and I perfectly understand that but his hard sell was just too much to handle. Wanted to leave and he seemed upset that we didn’t arrive at an agreement told him thank you but we would like to leave. We wanted my tag I came in with so we would leave said he would get it. He never came back never saw him again and we sat in that office for another half hour. We finally got up went out into the show room and spoke with someone trying to get my tag so we could leave. They said hold on. I come to find out they had put it on the car already. So they needed to get someone to retrieve it. Honestly we had it and it was to much to handle being there all day long. The only saving grace was the gentleman, and I unfortunately can not remember his name was terrific. Very calm no smoke and mirrors or the run around. I believe he is the manager. He was your saving grace. It would be hard for me to say that I would recommend juts for the financial individual and his smoke and mirror hard sell. I do thank you for everything. More

During my four-hour visit as a single woman, during which I made a purchase, neither Nick, Bernard, nor London offered even a bottle of water despite this being a customer appreciation event. While all three I made a purchase, neither Nick, Bernard, nor London offered even a bottle of water despite this being a customer appreciation event. While all three assisted with the process and maintained professionalism, they failed to meet my basic expectations. Nick provided less than minimal knowledge or information about the vehicle based on my research, which I later discovered has a blown speaker. Bernard initially led me to believe that my financing was being handled by my preferred bank, only for me to later realize I had been transferred to an affiliate, making me ineligible for the warranty I was promised due to the car’s mileage. I proceeded with the purchase because it was a good deal; however, given the experience, I do not believe either gentleman deserves a commission, if applicable. deserve the commission if one is available.
