-I paid for the premium protect plus for my 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid and they tried to charge my $45 for removing a nail from and patching a tire, even though a $50 tire credit is included in the premium p Camry Hybrid and they tried to charge my $45 for removing a nail from and patching a tire, even though a $50 tire credit is included in the premium protect plus. -Also, I told him that since I leased the car the rubber of the wiper blades is dry and skidding across the windshield, and they told me that they didn't think there was anything wrong with them and wouldn't fix them. -They noted on the receipt that they changed the cabin air filter, but after I inspected it I could tell they did not change it. It is still dirty and used, and there is black dust in it that comes off on your finger when you touch it. This makes me lose trust in the mechanics of this dealership. -After leaving the dealership and once the tires were cold I also checked the tire pressure, and noticed they did not inflate the tires to the proper PSI. Each tire is supposed to be 35 PSI but they inflated all of the tires to 38/39. More
