My experience with Toyota of Coconut Creek was extremely disappointing. We initially negotiated two vehicle purchases, and everything seemed fine. However, the dealership made serious mistakes that severely disappointing. We initially negotiated two vehicle purchases, and everything seemed fine. However, the dealership made serious mistakes that severely damaged my credit. They failed to process the payoff of my previous loan, which resulted in my former lender repossessing my vehicle. Without my authorization, they also changed the original deal by adding products I never agreed to, moved one vehicle into my wife’s transaction, and increased the cost beyond what we had negotiated. I was even called around 11:00 PM and pressured into signing paperwork under threats involving the police. The way the dealership handled this situation was completely unacceptable, and their attempt to resolve it only made things worse. I would never recommend this dealership. Every finance manager and employee involved in the transaction was aware of the situation, yet no one took ownership or acted to fix the serious mistakes they made. Their negligence ultimately damaged my credit and caused me significant financial losses. More

The car was not serviced as requested. Parts were triple priced compared to deerfield one where i could of buy them and bring them. Not acceptable for a dealer work. Overpriced and we felt scammed with work and price. Total dissapointment. 3 stars is a lot…but Tass deserves ten of them for solving the issue. More
