I want to give a special shoutout to Isai Lopez and his manager Norman at Al Hendrickson Toyota for truly going above and beyond during a very stressful and disappointing car situation. I had an ongoing issue with my car that required multiple visits, a lot of back-and-forth, and more patience than I expected to need. The situation itself was frustrating, but what made the difference was the way Isai and Norman handled it. They were professional, communicative, and genuinely committed to resolving the problem, even when it wasn’t easy. They made sure I had a loaner car while my vehicle was being worked on, which helped tremendously and showed real consideration for my time and daily life. Despite the stress of the situation, they stayed kind, attentive, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. Because of Isai and Norman, what could’ve been a terrible experience turned into one where I actually felt supported and taken seriously. I truly appreciate their effort, persistence, and customer care, and I’m grateful they didn’t give up until the issue was resolved. I brought my vehicle in for window tinting on 01/10. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed a scratch on the tint on the rear passenger-side window. I called this in before leaving the dealership, and we scheduled a re-tint of that window for 01/17. When I arrived on Saturday for my scheduled appointment, I expected to drop off my keys and return later to pick up the vehicle. Instead, I waited for approximately 22 minutes because the staff was unaware that I was coming in for tint service. I was then told that Saturdays are very busy and asked whether I could return another day. This was confusing, as I had a confirmed appointment specifically for tinting. I do not understand how this was not properly communicated internally. By comparison, my experiences with Gunther Mazda have been consistently efficient and professional. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted, directed to my service window, and able to hand off my keys in under five minutes—every time. I was notified promptly when my vehicle was ready, checked out quickly, and my car was always waiting up front. In addition, the vehicle was washed, vacuumed, interior surfaces wiped down, and windows cleaned, regardless of whether the visit was for an oil change, tire rotation, or window tinting.
