I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation but, the old sticker was left on my window and was not removed. I am not sure if the oil change was done. Service Date: 07/24/2026 Overall service is good. However, when I advise an issue with the car they can never reproduce it and / or will provide an explanation that does not satisfy the issue report However, when I advise an issue with the car they can never reproduce it and / or will provide an explanation that does not satisfy the issue reported. 2 examples from this visit: 1. Wind noise from passenger door when traveling at high way speeds 70+ miles per hour but does not always happen. Dealer - unable to reproduce. 2. Miles per tank. Advised that I was getting about 240 - 250 miles per tank when driving in the city. My 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum should get City 26 MPG and Highway 27 MPG with a 17 gallon tank. I'm getting around 20 which I believe is not acceptable. I realize these are estimates, but I'm off by almost 30%.. The answer I received from the Dealer is that city mileage is always lower because of the stop and go. Personally, that is bordering on insulting as I'm well aware of that and I'm also aware these are estimates, but I feel that the numbers I'm getting are an issue and from the sound of it, the dealer does not want to address them. As a side not, I also advised on a previous visit that the car shows the gas light on with 10 to 5 miles left and when I fill it up it only takes 12 -13 gallons. Did not want to address and can't remember the explanation. More
