Good afternoon. I purchased my car at the end of December and took it in for tints which was scheduled for Saturday, January 10th. I was a bit disappointed with the I purchased my car at the end of December and took it in for tints which was scheduled for Saturday, January 10th. I was a bit disappointed with the service. The rear passenger window had two very long and noticeable scratches on it, I still had drips from the tint installation, and my car wasn't detailed. I've been buying Mazda for almost 10 years and have truly enjoyed the vehicles and Mazda service was second to none. Anytime my car was brought in, including tints for each one of the 3 cars I've purchased, they washed and detailed the vehicle. I guess it's not common practice for all manufacturers to detail the car whenever it's in for service but having the scratches in the tints along with the drippings not cleaned off from the installation left a bad taste in my mouth. I was used to a certain level of service from Mazda and only switched because multiple colleagues at my job just bought a Toyota and told me I should at least looked into it. I have my car scheduled for this Saturday to have the tint redone in the back. Let's see if it was an off day.
