My first service at your dealership left me wondering why I should ever go back. Your numerous staff are pleasant and helpful, but your advertising is false and misleading. I came in to get your advertised $ I should ever go back. Your numerous staff are pleasant and helpful, but your advertising is false and misleading. I came in to get your advertised $35.55 oil change. I made the appointment Sunday online. When I pulled into the service area, I was told my car did not qualify as it was not a make you sold and that it was noted in the fine print. It says you honor this price for other makes except euro and diesel vehicles. I will accept a $20 credit to the card used for payment today. If you wish to give me a $20 credit towards my next oil change, it must be in writing or email, signed by the service manager, guaranteed never to expire AND state my next oil change costs $35.55 total before any credit is applied. I already copied your site and text at the time of my appointment in case you were to correct it. I look forward to hearing from you. More
