I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your establishment, which I found to be both unprofessional and deeply concerning. Upon my arrival, I requested to regarding my recent experience at your establishment, which I found to be both unprofessional and deeply concerning. Upon my arrival, I requested to speak with a Spanish-speaking representative. However, I was introduced to a sales representative who spoke Portuguese. As a result, there was a significant language barrier, and I was unable to understand much of what was communicated during our interaction. More disturbingly, I was shocked by the conduct of the sales representative. He spoke disparagingly about the staff member who initially greeted me, making derogatory comments and claiming many of his colleagues do not like to work and prefer to leave early. Furthermore, when I asked if he could run a credit check, I specifically asked four times if this would be a soft inquiry rather than a hard inquiry. Each time, he assured me it would not be a hard hit. The sales manager, Daniel, provided the same false assurance. Despite these repeated promises, a hard inquiry was performed on my credit. This dishonesty is completely unacceptable. To conclude the visit, the sales manager became aggressive when I decided not to move forward with a decision, and he refused to shake my hand when I departed. This is not how you build trust with new customers, and this will be the first and last time I visit this dealership. I expect a response regarding how this situation will be addressed, particularly concerning the unauthorized hard inquiry on my credit report. More

They didn't add windshield washer fluid. They didn't adjust the tire pressure. If they didn't check these two simple things, I can't imagine what other tests they failed to perform.
