I sent a text message to the salesperson and it appears your sales people have only computer sales cell phone numbers not an actual cell phone because the employee that is a salesperson that deal with me d your sales people have only computer sales cell phone numbers not an actual cell phone because the employee that is a salesperson that deal with me didn't come in till 4:30 4:45 and would not be able to access his text message until he logged into the computer. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values, specially in the finance department. I strongly advise customers to review every digital document very carefully before signing. During my process, the finance representative repeatedly described certain options as “basic” or “basic coverage,” but the explanations were not clear and could easily be misunderstood. When I questioned or did not agree with these options, the attitude noticeably changed, and the level of customer service declined. This kind of behavior is disappointing and does not reflect the transparency and professionalism customers expect. Overall, this experience did not match the ethical standards the dealership claims to uphold. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures customers receive clear, honest explanations, specially when it comes to financial agreements and overall satisfaction. More
