Very poor I brought my 2026 corolla cross for service. I'm having issues with my car. I explained to him, but he didn't respond to me. He's constantly on the phone, not listening to my concerns. Service Dep - mechanic who worked on my oil change only finger tighten the oil pan bolt & returned the car with oil leaking out!!! I discovered a pool of oil under the car in my garage.
