Serviced my brakes 3 times to have the same issue. Pretty sure I got a botched break job but the mechanic said that this is how RAV4s are after 80000 miles so instead of buying another Toyota vehicle from he sure I got a botched break job but the mechanic said that this is how RAV4s are after 80000 miles so instead of buying another Toyota vehicle from here I will get something else. Even though I know this comment was made due to the fact that I am a woman and he is taking advantage of my ignorance. Also very embarrassing because my car makes loud noises whenever I pull off from parked, anytime someone asks I say Alhendrickson. Apart from that and Interestingly enough I drive 72 miles a day and NEED good breaks and a good car so hopefully nothing happens to make you guys liable after 3 attempts fix my issue that your team missed up after touching my car. More

I’ve been to the dealership more than once and the one time they tell me I have work to do with my car (2019 Toyota Corolla) the guy in the service center asked for my date of birth. Now due to my mothers time they tell me I have work to do with my car (2019 Toyota Corolla) the guy in the service center asked for my date of birth. Now due to my mothers name on my car as well I assumed that’s why he needed it. When I called back literally TWO MInutes afterwards nobody wanted to pick up the phone. So I continued calling. When they decided it was time for them to call me back they told me my car was half done so I decided to drive to the dealership with my spouse when all in all it was not done because I still had to wait at least an hour. Once I got my receipt I went back to the advisor and asked my questions I needed and he proceeded to argue and lie about the information and undermine my spouse who also works on vehicles himself (the only reason he does not work on my car is because I have warranty and toyoguard) Due to so much of the frustration and inconsistency I left the dealership. Definitely will not be going back to service my car or anything. More
