This place is garbage . Unprofessional agresive staff who failed to do a job I payed for . I had a nail in my tire and I took my car to get it fixed , they took it in for two hours and never took out the nai failed to do a job I payed for . I had a nail in my tire and I took my car to get it fixed , they took it in for two hours and never took out the nail or repair the tired , I was charged 35 dollars and they never did the job , so I went to a tire place to fix my tire and I went back Toto show the recibe and make the complain and they all got in my face and started being aversive towards me because I pointed out their unprofessionalism . Even the valet parking idiot got in my face acting like a tough guy and one of the desk guys who was not even involved in the conversation just because he is an idiot like his valet friend guy . Then management got involved and he was also another xxxxxxx with a attitude which took 45 minutes arguing with his wrong xxx to refund me for the money they literally stole from me due to the fact they charged me for a job they failed to do . Disgusting dealership I DO NOT recomend this place for anyone since the place itself is dirty , unorganized and everyone is out to take advantage and do this ridiculous things thinking people are stupid . I have two cars with them , I pay up to 900$ a month and I don’t think is right for them to even treat me this way , is not the first time this happens since they even gave me someone else’s tag once and registration , resulting in me going through xxxx with the DMV to fix their stupid mistake . I don’t get why they hire people who have no capability to do such a stupid easy job . This is the worst dealership in broward county and I can’t wait to exchange my vehicles at another real dealership where I don’t deal with this idiots ever again . More

Last guy who served me last month told me I have 2 free services left. Last tuesday I went there (everyone I talk to said was busy) they took people came behind me. I was mad, i spoke up. Then Chris K. Dec services left. Last tuesday I went there (everyone I talk to said was busy) they took people came behind me. I was mad, i spoke up. Then Chris K. Decided to serve me. He told me I have to pay $76 for tires check up pressure and oil change. I told him I should Have free oil change. He was mad. I go home without service. Saturday I called service department. The lady told me I have 2 free services, i asked her to schedule an appointment at 2:30z. I did not pay any money for oil change. Why Chris did that to me? I spent more than 2 hours waiting for oil change. 2:15 to 4:40 PM. The name i saw in his polo is Chris K. But the photo look like little bite different that why i dont rate him below. More

Racism is real. I have been a customer since 2008 and never have I experienced what I did this past weekend with the courtesy driver I believe his name was Greg. I then provided him with my address and advised that I was not familiar with the area being that I just moved in. He proceeded to say well if you can’t give me directions then I can’t come and hung up in my face. I had to find my own way there to pick up my car. To make matters worse I was told to pay for services over the phone I had a coupon that I tried using over the phone and was told by the cashier there was nothing she can do to assist me because I was not there to show the coupon and that I can use it next time although I explained the situation to her and the coupon would expire by the time my car would need to be serviced again. Finally I mentioned that I wanted my breaks to get checked out but I received no word on the condition of my breaks in which I feel is very important. More
