This is one of the poorest quality dealerships I have ever encountered. It took three hours to change a tire that they had to order and my first customer service representative went out of town and we we ever encountered. The location is dirty there is nowhere to wait for three hours and I will purposely drive to a farther dealership to get serviced next time. More

I purchased my second vehicle at Al Hendrickson Toyota. Last week I had the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My vehicle was in the shop for three days instead of two. No one called to let me know what the progress was with the repair. I only found out when I called. It took over an hour for the valet to pick me up. Yet I live approximately 20 minutes away.The mechanic said it was repaired so I picked it up. Approximately 20 minutes later the dash lit up like Christmas lights, and the vehicle stoped running at an intersection. Between the cars honking and almost being hit I was able to baby it into the dealership. The mechanic forgot to hook something up. There is more to this story but, I will never return to Al Hendrickson toyota again. More

I didn’t have a good experience with the service in charge. I also felt I was charged much more for service that was done on my car. I paid $180 for Oil change, wipers and alignment of rear brakes. This was after much negotiations as the initial quote was $250. Why does servicing reps ask for arbitrary amount rather than asking for genuine charges.
