Your appointment system sucks. Had 930am appt but after 1-1/2 hrs my vehicle was still in the same spot untouched and unassigned. My service took 4 hours for just an oil change and it was not that busy. I am trying to figure out why it took so long to get my vehicle. They told me they check fluids, but the dash board still shown that the windshield is low. I paid for tire rotation but the wax I put on it the day before was still showing . My complaint was placed either on the 2nd or 3rd of January 2025. Today the 6th and they haven’t called yet. I would like to add that I think is very unprofessional no to show the name of the mechanic on the exit paperwork, it would help me a lot just to make sure a dishonest person won’t work on my automobile again.
