The day after Christmas I got stuck in the Publix parking lot my battery was dead ended up having to get my car towed to the dealership with extensive checks they told me there was nothing wrong with the bat lot my battery was dead ended up having to get my car towed to the dealership with extensive checks they told me there was nothing wrong with the battery that evening I was waiting for a ride and took an hour and a half to pick me up which I was not happy about they said they were shortstaffed because of the holiday anyhow fast forward three weeks later I got stuck again with the car I initially asked for a new battery they told me they didn’t find anything wrongI ended up having to jump my car bring it back to the dealership where they finally realize that they needed to give me a new battery which should’ve been done the first time but my service advisor Chris Laporte was very good to me and the problem is resolved now but it should’ve been taken care of the first time More

Unfair practice Last week I visited Al Hendrickson for a flat tire , after waiting 2 hours they told me I have to come next day to replaced the tire (they don’t have Last week I visited Al Hendrickson for a flat tire , after waiting 2 hours they told me I have to come next day to replaced the tire (they don’t have the tire in stock) and also the service assistant told me in 3 occasions that I don’t have to paid for the new tire because is under warranty’s. I arrived next day at 3:00 pm and I 6:00pm I was I sainting and the associate came I told me that my claim for a new tire was declined and I have to paid $301.45 and also the light of the tires sensor is on . I have to come other day for they try to fix it o put a new sensor that I have to paid. They tires sensor was working perfect, when they replaced the front tire is when it is broken. What a nightmare after 4 hours waiting, a bill of $301.45 and a light of the tires sensor ON. Terrible business practice I asked to talk to a supervisor and he never show up, More
