Up to you - drop car off the evening before; wait for your car in their comfortable lounge; take advantage of their shuttle service which will take you home and pick you back up when your car is finished. My 2008 Chevy Avalanche had been service by a local Chevrolet Having been referred to Al Packer Ford Service, I have been a happy camper every since. My 2008 Chevy Avalanche had been service by a local Chevrolet dealer since 2011. Every time I took it there, there was a problem, I paid to have it fixed and then I still had problems. In addition, one of the repairs that I know I paid to have done, they told me I did not. I spent close to $10,000 in maintenance with the Chevy dealer. Since being referred to AL Packer Ford, Tony McDowell in 2016, other than brakes, oil changes, light fixtures and tires, I have not had any real maintenance cost. I have not had to take my vehicle back for the same problem twice. The service they provide is so great. More
