Incredible service. I can't stop raving over the quality of service. My oil % was at 5%, I called with my concern, and Curtis, Tony, and Tracy all helped me to make sure my car would be safe and taken care of. They had their mobile maintenance program come to where I work and changed the oil, rotated to tires and checked all the fluids. Not even 24 hours later my car is ready to go.

Purchased an Escape 3 years ago and since Ford is not building anymore, we thought we would get a new one since this might be the last car purchased. Let's get what we want. Looking for another Plug-In Hybrid with our requests, like looking for a needle in a haystack. Never found, although Alex did everything possible. We are keeping our current one and the excellent service department will keep it going for many years to come. Buy and service here. Used both service and sales.

Today Nov 6,2025, had an appointment for 8:00am , came here, after 1h and 45min off waiting, they didn't even start checking my vehicle, I ended up scheduling another appointment with another ford dealership. Horrible customer service, choose another location, rude and disrespectful.

Said my power seat that wouldn't work needed the tracking replaced for nearly $2000. Reaearched it myself and just needed to replace the switch for $15. They also said my wipers were worn and wanted to replace them for $120. I had just replaced them the day before! Contacted them but nobody is doing anything about this. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership. if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Sit back. This is a long nightmare of a story. I visited this location to test drive a “brand new” 2026 Ford Mustang Ecoboost VIN: 1FA6P8TH7T5100941 on 8/5. Salesman Abu Jatta was the individual that I was in contact with to schedule an appointment. I spoke with him first on 8/2 regarding setting up a day. He told me “it’s best if you come Wednesday, someone left the lights on in the car so the battery has died” I found that interesting but nevertheless I told him Wednesday I’ll stop after work to test drive the vehicle. Prior to my arrival I received a call from Abu saying that they had replace the battery and the vehicle will be ready. I show up and he claimed to be working with another customer and handed me off to this young lady named Charity. Speaking with her was the only delightful part of the visit. I sat for 20 mins waiting for them to pull the car up front. The car finally arrives and as I get in I quickly notice that the car was extremely low on gas. Gas light shining clear as day. I was told to drive to the gas station so they can fill up the car (lol). I was also told to leave the car running as it gets filled up. After I performed this task for them I was free to drive around and experience the vehicle. After the test drive, I parked the car and turned it off. As I was proceeding back into the building I heard a “tick tick” noise, I turned around and noticed Charity was unable to start the vehicle due to the battery dying. I spoke numbers with Charity. Abu showed up once and just stood against the wall and watched us talk then walked away. He did not return. Charity and I weren’t able to come to a favorable price. Of course I had to speak with the manager, I do not remember his name but I do recall him not asking at all how the test drive went or able to offer me any type of deal even tho unaware to him I just had the most unacceptable experiences ever.. I truly feel bad for Charity because she was pushed into the worst sales opportunity ever, all due to Abu not properly planning my visit and not doing his due diligence on a “brand new” car that clearly should not be on the lot for sell. Again, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Proceed with caution.

Extending my thanks to Joe Porter and his team at Bob Bell Ford (used car dept). I had a completely hassle-free process today when I went in to purchase a pre owned Hyundai Veloster. I'm thrilled with my purchase. From not getting a gazillion phone calls from the dealership to feeling heard and understood every step through the deal, I can say it couldn't have gone any better. RE: Collision center. 3 -5 time frame to replace a rear bumper took 8+ days. We had to call as the body shop never contacted us regarding the delay. They said an ordered part was wrong, but didn't know until 6 days after drop off. In person visit yielded no further explanation. Will NEVER use this collision center again. A simple courtesy call regarding the problem would have been much appreciated, but apparently there is no concern for customer service with Ciocca
