I pulled the trigger and bought the car with minimal Paypal deposit. The vehicle was ready the next day. I have decent credit rating. Paid on a saturday with personal check, banks closed, and not certified. Based on my credentials, it was a piece of cake. My wife and I drove down from NYC and drove the Raptor back in my convoy. The next day, I checked the engine thoroughly and found an obscure vacuum line controlling the 4WD, severed? Upon closer look it was gnawed by likely a squirrel. Although it was Sunday, I called Arnold and he called me back. He hooked me up with Aaron Younger in service who volunteered to pay for the repair, even though warranty does not cover acts of god. Brought the Raptor to Tower Ford in Great Neck NY, they ordered the part, and gave us a loaner car. They inspected and road tested the vehicle. Thank you Arnold and Aaron. The staff was friendly, showroom modern and clean. Lot outside looked like they had 500 cars and sooooo many trucks. Salesman and service really felt bad about my situation and stepped up to the plate. PS: Car was waxed and polished with armour all on the wheels. Boy, the car radiated that day. David More
