We never felt any pressure buy, but he checked in periodically as we were making our decision to ask if there was anything he could help with. We worked with Russell Martin on the price of the truck; which no other dealers were able to match. Upon arrival for our pick up appointment, everything went as expected, since we had completed all paperwork prior and we drove our new car off the lot within 1.5hrs. Our only reason for the 4 vs. 5 star rating was friendliness, not because of Nathan or Russell, but the finance manager who was obviously over whelmed and having a bad day. With that said, we were impressed that when we did get to the finance department, Valerie was not pushy, trying to sell an extended warranty or other add-ons. She simply asked, we said no, and that was the end of the conversation. We would recommend this dealership to anyone and this was by far our best car buying experience to date. Nathan was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely purchase another car from him. More

Great Service I got all new tires, an allighnment and my air conditioning repaired. The tires were better tires than I had on before and I even got a discount for being a military civilian. I will definitely go back with any other service I have in the future. I had been bouncing between other Ford dealerships in the area and was unable to get My experience at Al Packer Ford and working with Steve was great! I had been bouncing between other Ford dealerships in the area and was unable to get a deal going for the vehicle I wanted. I called up Al Packer and told them exactly what I wanted in the Ford Escape. When Steve called me back with a deal, I went down that same night and within an hour I had a new 2014 Ford Escape without a hassle. It was great to say this is what I want, what I am willing to pay, and get the deal done. I haven't had that great of an experience with a dealership in over 10 years! I would have to say I had an interesting buying experience at Al Packer Let me start by saying, Nate and Russell are AWESOME and I LOVE MY NEW FOCUS!! I would have to say I had an interesting buying experience at Al Packer. I was referred by my boss who had purchased a new vehicle a few months prior. After a terrible initial appointment and horrible customer service from Richard M. I did not want to come back to Al Packer Ford. It was not until the manager, Russell gave me a call did I consider working with Al Packer again. Russell worked with me through my several emails (even on his day off) and calls to make sure I was getting the car I wanted. Also, he made sure I was picking the right financing options for my budget. The second time I visited the dealer, Russell introduced me to Nate. Nate, who sold me my vehicle was incredibly helpful. I am not fluent in cars or their features. Nate took the time to go over the specs of the car I wanted. He then took the time to find the car I wanted specifically with the specs and color -- so I did not have to pay for something extra I did not care about. The two other dealers (KOONS AND NORRIS) I spoke with did not do that. Lucky for me Nate is the Sync Master and set me up with my car very quickly (phone connections and settings). It goes without saying Nate and Russell are incredibly helpful and willing to work with each customer to make sure they get into the vehicle that you actually want. I also liked they were not pushy or annoying with upgrading for different things with the car. Overall I am happy with the referral and my Ford Focus...plus who does not love 6 free oil changes and awesome customer service.
