I went in, knowing what I needed/wanted and what my budget was. I worked with J.R. who did everything he could to make my experience fast and hassel free. I am a rational person who can understand what a dealership can and can not do. They can't unload a vehicle without making something on it. I also knew that the price they had it at was a great price, but in line with physical condition. They were able to get me a better interest rate than anywhere online said I could possibly hope for with my credit rating. It got me to my top most ability for car payment, but was what I wanted for what I could afford. J.R. worker hard in a short amount of time. It could not have been easier or more hassel free. More

The car was brought in Monday morning. No communication Mon or Tues. I called Wed morning & was told they had not yet diagnosed the problem. I finally received a call late Wed to say it was the battery & had to stay another day. When I finally picked up the car Thurs, they hadn't washed it. The car has always & only been serviced at Piemonte & they previously were quick, communicative & washed the car. I quite disappointed. More
