Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I went in for an oil change and was there for almost 2hrs. No one ever communicated anything to me. I had to initiate any updates. At the end of the service they handed the paper to the check out person and not a single tech reviewed what was completed on my car, how anything looks on my car, if there are any recommendations needed, etc. In the past, a tech would always touch base with you to give you a run down of how everything is looking on your car and what was completed. I was expected to pay for something that I had no idea what happened. Then, when I asked to speak to someone about my car, the advisor that day, Leonard Curtis had no care in the world, never even said he would get someone to speak to me. It looked like everyone was just standing around outside doing nothing. (You can ask the girl at check out she also seemed confused) I had to ask for a supervisor hoping maybe the supervisor could tell me what was completed on my car and they never came. I’ve had a way better and thorough experience at any Jiffy Lube I’ve been to and you would think, that going to the dealership where you purchased a brand new car, you would receive the best service. On top of that, I came home to check if any of my fluids were topped off and nope, I had to add fluids as I was low on washer fluid, etc. I will never be returning back again. I’m in the customer service industry and this was by far the most unprofessional and careless service I’ve ever received. More

I had a disappointing experience at the service center. From the moment I arrived, the service agent’s tone felt cold and dismissive. During the test drive with the technician, I tried to describe the issues, but I was repeatedly interrupted and told the same thing — that the car was functioning as designed. At one point, I was even told that if I didn’t like the car, I should consider buying a different one. The overall interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Throughout the interaction, I felt dismissed and talked down to, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that this treatment was influenced by the fact that I am a young woman. The advertised price of the vehicle I purchased was $78k and it was sold to be for $84k and then you tacked on another $10k in fees. We wanted to use our own financing and were told no. It should not be hard to buy a car and prices should be what they are. We spend over 5 hrs at the dealership as well which was totally uncalled for. We came in for a specific vehicle. Beyond frustrated and will not be back to this dealership ever again. They gave us the vehicle with 1/4 of a tank of gas and the inside was not cleaned or detailed. Coffee or chocolate spots middle console. More
