The advertised price of the vehicle I purchased was $78k and it was sold to be for $84k and then you tacked on another $10k in fees. We wanted to use our own financing and were told no. It should not be hard to buy a car and prices should be what they are. We spend over 5 hrs at the dealership as well which was totally uncalled for. We came in for a specific vehicle. Beyond frustrated and will not be back to this dealership ever again. They gave us the vehicle with 1/4 of a tank of gas and the inside was not cleaned or detailed. I went in, knowing what I needed/wanted and what my budget was. I worked with J.R. who did everything he could to make my experience fast and hassel free. I am a rational person who can understand what budget was. I worked with J.R. who did everything he could to make my experience fast and hassel free. I am a rational person who can understand what a dealership can and can not do. They can't unload a vehicle without making something on it. I also knew that the price they had it at was a great price, but in line with physical condition. They were able to get me a better interest rate than anywhere online said I could possibly hope for with my credit rating. It got me to my top most ability for car payment, but was what I wanted for what I could afford. J.R. worker hard in a short amount of time. It could not have been easier or more hassel free.
