Ill-organized I expected a bit of a more organized process from start to finish. I walked out of the dealership with two things: A used car and a lot of questions. I expected a bit of a more organized process from start to finish. I walked out of the dealership with two things: A used car and a lot of questions. Things weren't adequately explained. They were actually quite rushed. In fact, in the middle of choosing my car, the salesman took several calls discussing other people's deals. It appeared to be a real juggle for him and it was a bit discomforting to experience. I felt more like a sale than a valued customer. Things were not very organized - in fact I had to sign two different contracts because the salesman changed SOMETHING on the first contract at the very last minute (what this something is, I don't know). The assistant tried her very best to keep us in the loop but it was not a success. Although I am satisfied with the vehicle in itself, I am more disappointed at the way it was acquired. More
