Service visit review I was in with my husband on 11/30 for an oil change. At first I was very pleased with the service, Everyone was pleasant and we did not wait long. Ho I was in with my husband on 11/30 for an oil change. At first I was very pleased with the service, Everyone was pleasant and we did not wait long. However upon completion of the service after picking up the car I noticed a soda bottle was left on the passenger side seat, apparently by the technician who worked on it. I found that annoying however my husband threw it away and we left. After driving a few blocks we noticed the oil indicator had not been reset, it clearly stated on the receipt that it had been done, so we returned to have it reset, & it was not problem, Then after we home my husband noticed that the side indicator signals that alerts when another car gets to close was no longer working. It was working fine before. So currently we have to return to service , once again on Monday . This is a huge inconvenience since we drive in from the city. A check to make sure everything is working after resting could have prevent the 2 extra trips back to service. More
