2 hours for an oil change...Really? I didn't have an appointment. Rep never told me a time frame, just took my keys and had me sign the work order. That's ridiculous. I go to the dealer because I feel they do good work, but I could have gone to Jiffy Lube for less money and they would have had me out in 20 minutes. More
