The car was brought in Monday morning. No communication Mon or Tues. I called Wed morning & was told they had not yet diagnosed the problem. The car has always & only been serviced at Piemonte & they previously were quick, communicative & washed the car. I quite disappointed. More

I always have a great experience when I have my Buick Enclave serviced by Al Piemonte Buick. I always ask for Todd and he delivers without any problems. My vehicle is older and I keep up on the maintenance and I keep it nice. I don’t have to worry about some shop trying to upsell me on something I don’t need. He explains everything and delivers it on time. Let’s not forget about the Union technicians. They are also a reason I continue to come back. Skilled labor isn’t cheap and cheap labor isn’t skilled. I don’t have to worry about coming back because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. They are trained professionals on the make and model of my vehicle. Great team work! More
