One of the worst customer service at a dealership. They will try to get you financed with anyone…even Ally at 14%. I got the same car at a suffer dealership for 8% on a business. Had all paperwork complete and got a call on my way to the dealership letting me know that they had someone come in and offer more for the car. They accepted their offer and cancelled mine since I was at MSRP. Andre is a manager, had great communication with him. Salesman isn’t so great, poor communication. Oscar is also a sales manager, he is the one who called to let me know he sold the car. Apparently, the GM Jose tells his employees that they are not to accept any offers unless you are there in person, but apparently he doesn’t communicate that well enough to his employees. No accountability. I’d rather drive one hour away than deal with this dealership again. More

Bad experience with the seller since I bought a truck and it didn't come with the wheel covers. They promised me $200 dollars to order them and I was trying to communicate with him and he never gave me an an it didn't come with the wheel covers.
