I was in the market for a new car since I was in an auto accident. Looking for the right car was a bit of a struggle, but when I found that Al Piemonte Buick GMC had inventory of the new 2024 Buick Envista, accident. Looking for the right car was a bit of a struggle, but when I found that Al Piemonte Buick GMC had inventory of the new 2024 Buick Envista, I wanted to go test drive it! When I arrived J.R. was my sales consultant and he was the best! He not only was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, but he was also very hospitable! I’m happy he was able to get me the best deal on the new car and was honest about what would be the best bang for my buck, since I was debating over a couple vehicles they had. I’m super happy with my purchase and for anyone looking into visiting Al Piemonte Buick GMC - I highly recommend J.R. as your sales consultant! More

Stay Away! I drove 3 hours to pick up my truck. They tried to renegotiate when I arrived. They kept me waiting 3 hours. Guys behind the important desk don I drove 3 hours to pick up my truck. They tried to renegotiate when I arrived. They kept me waiting 3 hours. Guys behind the important desk don't engage with anyone. Get the feeling they are all up to something. Passed me between multiple sales people and 'managers'. I just wanted to sign and get the truck to drive home. My wife had all the paperwork completed ahead of time the week prior. I had to get things that were supposed to come on the truck afterwards from another dealer at my own cost. I am still waiting for the promised 'reimbursement'. They took two weeks to send in the license plate information. They only gave me a 30 day drive away tag. There is no way the reviews on here over 3 star are correct or from real people. None of the names below from Sales are people I saw or worked with. I think something is up. More
