Poor customer service, poor quality of the service and terrible listening skills by the front desk. Specially Steve. I cannot believe his way of caring for customer requests. And this was the third time they supposedly attempted to clean my new purchase car and brought it back looking exactly the same way it was traded in and even worst on the last try this time they managed to scratch the hood of my new truck. I believe I told Steve at the desk that this would be the last try and I'm definitely keeping my end of the deal. I will never bring a vehicle back for them to inspect or work on . If a car clean up from before delivery of my purchase to me was to difficult I wouldn't dream of trusting again abd giving them a bigger chance to mess up a future possibly a more critical job and knowing my results for a simple clean and sanitary inspection More
