Having been in .a sevice business for 50 yesrs i respect time as a customer and provider of service. What more needs to be said. I do not accepy words like "truly sorry". Means nothing. Look in the mirror and ask yourselves how you would accept this rather lame excuse for service.!

I bought basically a brand new 2020 GMC Acadia with 1 key fob which I was told by the sales person would help me get a discount on another but when she was called on it she got amnesia. Then I was also told I would get 2 free oil changes and when I got my bill I was charged. I just feel that I should have gotten more than what was offered especially since the car was listed at 6,00]+ but when I got it it had 7,00]+ miles. Even the service guy stated I shouldn't have to pay for the key fob but he did give me a discount.
