Al Piermonte Buick GMC Service Department is relatively effective and efficient. I saw a discrepancy between what I was quoted for the cabin air filter and engine air filter. Sold a vehicle to this dealership and let me tell you… I had to call 3-5 times a day for 2 weeks straight in order to get them to send a FedEx package with the title (I was in another state). Claimed they c had to call 3-5 times a day for 2 weeks straight in order to get them to send a FedEx package with the title (I was in another state). Claimed they couldn’t access the locked door where mail was sent. They illegally paid off my vehicle in order to get the title in hand and never received my signature on anything!!! I asked “how were they able to payoff my vehicle with no signature?” And was told we did it as a favor. Now, a month later my wife and I are being harassed by the finance managers to send in the title. I have never seen any documentation or bill of sale from this transaction.. I’m no fool, show me documentation and a signature of whoever authorized the sell!!! More
