Found Two exact identical cars on Cargrus and it was noted that the one at your dealership was 1600 plus dollars over average price, ( $18,800.00 ) the other car located in Northfield, an hour further a noted that the one at your dealership was 1600 plus dollars over average price, ( $18,800.00 ) the other car located in Northfield, an hour further away was listed at $16,400.00 When I first called the guy said he knew nothing about the car so he took my number down to have someone call me back. I instead got a text from a sales person telling me to make an appointment to come in. The second call I clarified that someone was going to call me back around 1230. at 130 I got a call saying that the price was not going to come down, come back in a few weeks and see where we are at. When I said Id be in a car already by that time, he stated he could come down a hundered dollars. when I said seriously as I was just insulted by his comment he stated Have a good day sir and hung up on me. Calling back and speaking with the sales MGR. I was told they would not discuss price untill I knew it was the car I wanted and had to come in and they wouldn't discuss any pricing. Both people told me to go to the other dealership since it was cheaper and didn't want to budge on the price at all. I checked the car out before calling the dealership, They did not put any money into the car, rather did their inspection and put it on the lot for sale. My car was totaled in an accident, have a check in hand to pay cash for the car and they didn't care to even discuss any deal unless I came into the dealership, knowing I'm two hours plus drive from them. Not the rudest bunch, but so far from help full to a customer other than yeah well take an over inflated price and not willing to discuss a deal. Cars are super inflated in todays market, so trying to get one the week before Christmas and being spoken to the way both of the MGRs did......Id never recommend going to this dealer. What happens when you need service or an issue with the car fixed, They were well below standard of just talking about buying a car let alone any negotiating a price knowing I'm paying cash and driving off the lot that day with it. Total waste of my time. I reside in Ottawa Illinois, but grew up near the dealership so I figured it had what I was looking for......No thanks, There are thousands of dealerships out there, Don't need to be treated poorly by this dealership. More

Contacted them via CarGurus on a recent trade in van that they did not post photos of yet. Camille said they would send photos and pictures. I did end up getting a dark short video of the van parked between they did not post photos of yet. Camille said they would send photos and pictures. I did end up getting a dark short video of the van parked between 2 cars so I could not get a clear view. I thought I saw body damage low on the drivers side. I aske Camille on the phone if that was body damage or just shadows as the van had not been detailed yet and was not clean. She clearly said there is no body damage so I made an appointment to come in. Once there a salesperson took me to the van and I immediately saw a huge dent the size of a bowling ball on the lower drivers side. I had just wasted over an hour drive to get there for nothing. Almost 3 total hours of wasted time and travel when I could have been elsewhere looking at an un-damaged one. Just be aware they apparently will say anything just to get you in the door. Don't fall for the trap that I did. More
