Walking through this dealership door was one of the biggest, car related mistakes our family has ever made. We traded or beloved Grand Cherokee L for a Hummer SUV, looking for more room to carry our k biggest, car related mistakes our family has ever made. We traded or beloved Grand Cherokee L for a Hummer SUV, looking for more room to carry our kids and dogs. We had a deal arranged for a new white Suv and when we arrived, it turned out to be a demo model. What was supposed to be a better deal turned into a complete disaster. They sold us an electric vehicle and didn’t even include the charger that came with the truck. Car was calling for emergency service the minute we drove it of the lot. After 500 miles the Hummer went back to the shop. The next day we received a call that the car was fixed and ready for pick up. Again, the minute we drove it of the lot, emergency services light comes back on. Car is currently back in the dealer for second time and now, we are being told it will be days before it’s fixed. Our family is left with a hefty payment and a compact SUV Buick on our driveway. What a tremendous deal have they offered. A $100,000 car payment on a $35,000 vehicle. Thank you entire team and especially Lanell & Chase from Al Piemonte GMC for selling a bunch of empty promises. You guys are great at selling lemons not cars. More
