After several conversations common walk around video, and several E mails. I decided to fly to Midway In Chicago to see the SUV I was intrested in. My salesman Jake Smrz picked me up at the airport in the several E mails. I decided to fly to Midway In Chicago to see the SUV I was intrested in. My salesman Jake Smrz picked me up at the airport in the SUV that had been just been cleaned. This allowed me about 30 minutes of drive time in different road conditions. After that they put the vehicle on a mechanics lift allow me to inspect the under carriage. The price was agreed upon without haggling, complaints, or playing games. I was treated with respect during the closure process and without any high pressure sales techniques. Since they knew I had a 450 mile drive ahead of me they topped off the fuel tank while I was signing the paperwork. I'd like to give a special thank you to Jake, Jim C. the GM and Dave the financial manager, each were pleasant to work with and provided an overall professional and pleasant experience. More

Nothing less then the best As always Todd has been there for me for my cars. I have been dealing with Todd since he was with Saturn when I purchased my first car back in the '90 As always Todd has been there for me for my cars. I have been dealing with Todd since he was with Saturn when I purchased my first car back in the '90s. He is the reason I moved to what was Howard and stayed with what is now Al Piemonte. Todd gives it to me straight and never tries to sell me what I do not need service wise. I also went for a test drive with Mark well my car was getting its oil changed and if you need a salesman he is your guy very personable and straight forward with you. He sold me the car I currently have and if he is still there when I need my next one he will be whom I go to for it too. More
